硫酸庆大霉素临床药效学研究进展

硫酸庆大霉素是兽医临床治疗中较为安全的抗生素之一，其抗菌机理是通过影响细菌蛋白质合成从而产生抗菌作用。近年来，硫酸庆大霉素兽用药物制剂开发的种类较多，临床应用也日趋广泛。通过检索、查阅国内外文献，对硫酸庆大霉素药理作用和临床应用作一综述，以期为科学合理使用该药物提供参考。

Research Advances in the Clinical Pharmacodynamics of Gentamycin Sulfate

Gentamicin sulfate is one of the safer antibiotics in the clinical veterinary. Its antibacterial mechanism is to interfere the bacterial protein synthesis. In recent year, many kinds of veterinary pharmaceuticals of gentamicin sulfare are developed, and their clinical applications are increasingly widespread. In this paper, the pharmacological action and clinical application of gentamicin sulfate was reviewed by searching and consulting the literature at home and abroad, in hoping to provide reference for scientific and prudent use of gentamicin sulfate.
