关于我国新型农村合作组织模式的探讨 ——梨树县百信合作社经验借鉴

当前，农民增收困难甚至生活水平下降已是不争的事实。因此，在农村大力探索和推行一种新型生产制度——农村合作经济组织已是势在必行。我们所倡导的农村合作组织，其目的不仅仅在于提高农民的合作化程度，更要求其在政府扶持的过程中，内生出农民自己主导市场的力量。有了合作组织这样一个平台，可以把很多东西整合到里面，像平民教育、医疗保障、技术推广、生态农业和维权等等，切切实实的来增加农民收入，建设一个和谐的新农村。

The purpose of rural cooperative association that we advocate not merely lies in improving peasants' cooperative transformation degree; it also requires the peasants’ strength leading market with the government support. With cooperative association, such an platform, we can combine a lot of things inside, like common people's education, medical treatment ensuring, technology popularization, ecological agriculture and the rights safeguarding, then increase peasants’ income, and build a harmonious new countryside.
