摘    要:目的]研究不同浓度缩节胺对无患子的矮化效果。方法]应用不同浓度的缩节胺对无患子进行喷洒试验,通过测定其株高、节间距、出土茎粗、叶面长、叶面宽、单叶面积及叶绿素含量等生长指标,探索不同浓度的缩节胺对无患子矮化效果。结果]浓度为2 g/L的缩节胺喷施处理对无患子株高的矮化,茎粗的增加,节间距的缩短,单叶面积的减小及叶绿素含量的增加有明显的作用,能有效地控制植株纵横生长,达到植株矮化的效果。结论]2 g/L缩节胺为无患子矮化的最适浓度。

Dwarfing Effects of Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn against Different Concentrations Mepiquat Chioride

Abstract:Objective] To study the dwarfing effects of Sapindus mukorossi against mepiquat chioride.Method] Through measuring Sapindus mukorossi Gaertn growth index such as its stem height,section spacing,unearthed stem diameter,leaf area and chlorophyll content by experiment on Sapindus mukorossi with DPC of different concentrations,chioride were studied.Result] Spraying with DPC of 2 g/L concentration had remarkable effect on stem height dwarf,unearthed stem diameter increased,section spacing shortened,leaf area decreased and chlorophyll content increased,which was effective to control plant vertical and horizontal growth and achieved effect of dwarfing plant.Conclusion] The dwarfing optimum concentration was 2 g/L for mepiquat chioride.
