摘 要: | [目的]开发研制出高容量、低成本的重金属离子生物吸附剂。[方法]以连云港本土的栓皮栎树皮为原料,对树皮进行改性,研究其对重金属离子的吸附性能,对水中Cr6+、Mg2+、Cu2+进行了吸附试验,探讨了吸附时间、pH、吸附温度、原溶液的浓度、吸附剂用量等因素对改性吸附剂吸附Cr6+、Mg2+、Cu2+的影响。[结果]试验表明,以栓皮栎树皮制得的吸附剂具有较强的螯合和吸附作用,能有效吸附Cr6+、Mg2+、Cu2+离子,且价格低廉,应用前景广阔。同时,为解决原位固化栓皮栎树皮对Cu2+等离子吸附容量小的问题,进一步对原位固化栓皮栎树皮氧化改性,考察其对金属离子,特别是Cu2+的吸附容量以及影响吸附的因素。[结论]以栓皮栎树皮为原料可研制出对溶液中重金属离子吸附性能较好的生物吸附剂。

Abstract: | [Objective] To develop high power capacity and low cost heavy metal ions biological adsorption agent.[Method] Taking Quercus variabilis bark from Lianyungang as raw material,the adsorption properties of the modified adsorbents on heavy metal ions were investigated,and the experiment of removing Cr6+,Mg2+,Cu2+ from the water was carried out.Effects of adsorption time,pH,adsorption temperature,initial solution's concentration,the amount of absorbent and other factors on the modified adsorbent were discussed.[Result] The results showed that the modified adsorbents had strong chelation and effective absorption of Cr6+,Mg2+,Cu2+ and low prices,the two adsorbents have a good future as absorbents.The oxidation of the bark in situ immobilized Quercus variabilis bark was carried out to improve adsorption quantity of the bark to Cu2+ ion,and the factors influencing adsorption of the oxidized bark to Cu2+ was investigated.[Conclusion] With Quercus variabilis bark as material could develop biological adsorption agent with better heavy metal ion adsorption performance. |
