摘    要:目的]研究定安鹅IGF1基因的结构特征及其编码蛋白的功能预测和分析。方法]利用RT-PCR技术及生物信息分析技术,克隆并分析了定安鹅IGF1基因的cDNA序列。结果]通过基因克隆与分析,得到558 bp的cDNA片段,其中包含1个462 bp的开放阅读框,编码153个氨基酸残基。通过Blast分析发现,鹅IGF1基因在进化上非常保守。信号肽预测分析表明,定安鹅IGF1蛋白的前49个氨基酸残基为信号肽序列。通过亚细胞定位分析发现,定安鹅IGF1成熟蛋白可能位于细胞外。结论]该研究可为进一步研究定安鹅IGF1基因的功能奠定基础。

Cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of IGF1 Gene in Dingan Goose

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the structural characteristics of IGF1 gene in Dingan Goose and the functional prediction and analysis of its encoding proteins.Method] cDNA sequence of IGF1 gene was cloned and analyzed using RT-PCR and bioinformatics technique.Result] Through gene cloning and analysis,a cDNA sequence with the size of 558 bp was ontained,which included a 462 bp whole ORF and encoded 153 amino acid residuals.Blast analysis showed that IGF1 gene in goose was very conservative in evolution.The signal peptide prediction analysis showed that the first 49 amino acid residuals in N-terminal of IGF1 protein in Dingan Goose were signal peptide sequences.The subcellular localization analysis indicated that the mature protein of IGF1 in Dingan Goose was located outside the cells.Conclusion] The research could lay the foundation for further study on the functions of IGF1 gene in Dingan Goose.
