摘    要:以航天诱变的3个不同甜菜品系及其对照为材料,利用间接酶联免疫(ELISA)检测技术,对生殖生长阶段甜菜叶片及花蕾组织中的4种激素(IAA、GA3、ABA和ZR)含量进行了测定。结果表明:在甜菜生殖生长阶段,航天诱变品系中的激素含量与其对照相比发生了很大的变化,但是不同品系之间的变化却有一定的差异,说明在空间复杂的环境条件下,不同的个体变体是多样的,想要阐明其突变的机理还需要做更进一步的研究.

Abstract:The four hormones (indole-3-acetic acid, gibberellic, zeatin riboside and abscisic acid) in leaf and bud of 3 different spaceflight mutation sugarbeets linked immunosorbent assays. The results showed sugarbeet lines during reproductive growth period differences between the different sugarbeet lines. were detected during reproductive growth period by Enzymethat there were significantly different in spaceflight mutation in comparison with the control variety, and there were contain differences between the different sugarbeet lines.
