| Abstract: | Sensitivity analysis of reliability has a wide range of practical applications in reliability-based design,optimization of vehicle design,and construction,maintenance and inspection of reliability. The parametric sensitivity of reliability of the front-axle was extensively discussed and a numerical method for reliability sensitivity analysis was presented. The effects of design parameters on reliability of the front-axle were studied. The method presented in this paper provided the theoretical basis for the reliability design and the efficient and accurate computational reliability sensitivity method of the front-axle. |
