摘 要: | [目的]研究宁夏滩羊卵泡刺激素受体(FSHR)基因的多态性,为其繁殖提供理论基础。[方法]采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP),对该群体111只健康滩母羊FSHR基因多态性进行检测。[结果]扩增出306 bp目的片段,PCR产物被限制性内切酶AluI消化后表现出多态性,共检测到3种基因型:GG、CG和CC。其中GG型15个,基因型频率为0.135 1;CG型74个,基因型频率为0.666 7;CC型22个,基因型频率为0.198 2。等位基因G的基因频率为0.468 5,而等位基因C的基因频率为0.531 5。[结论]宁夏滩羊FSHR基因具有多态性。

Abstract: | [Objective]To study polymorphism of follicle-stimulating hormone receptor(FSHR) gene in Ningxia Tan sheep and thus to provide a theoretical basis for breeding.[Method]Genotypes of 111 healthy Ningxia Tan sheep were examined by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).[Result]A 306-bp fragment was amplified.PCR products digested with restriction enzyme Alu I showed polymorphism with three genotypes,i.e.,GG,CG and CC.Genotypic frequency of GG,CG and CC was 0.1351(15 individuals),0.6667(74 individuals) and 0.1982(22 individuals) respectively.Allele frequency of G and C was 0.4685 and 0.5315.[Conclusion]FSHR gene is polymorphic in Ningxia Tan Sheep. |
