摘 要: | [目的]研究非逆境条件下叶面喷施甜菜碱对小麦的增产效果。[方法]在小麦乳熟期给小麦叶片喷施5、10、15、20 mmol/L甜菜碱,测定叶片光合参数和叶片叶绿素含量。小麦成熟收获后测定千粒重,分析甜菜碱对小麦的增产效果。[结果]喷施甜菜碱的叶片叶绿素含量增加,叶片光合参数提高,叶片衰老减缓。千粒重测定结果显示4,种浓度的甜菜碱对小麦均有一定的增产效果。[结论]小麦乳熟期叶面喷施甜菜碱可增产,其中喷施浓度10 mmol/L浓度增产效果最好,增产率可达15.08%。

Abstract: | [Objective]The study aimed to analyze the yield-increasing effect of foliar-application betaine to wheat.[Method]Wheat were sprayed with 5,10,15,20 mmol/L betaine during milk stage,to determine photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll content of leaves,1 000-grain weight after harvesting.Then,the yield-increasing effect of foliar-application betaine to wheat was analyzed.[Result]The leaves sprayed with betaine had more chlorophyll,improved photosynthetic parameters of leaves and aged more slowly.The results of 1 000-grain weight showed that 4 concentrations of betaine can increased the yield of wheat.[Conclusion]Foliar-application betaine to wheat could increase the yield during the milk stage.Among the different concentrations of betaine,the concentration of 10 mmol/L had the biggest yield-increasing effect and yield-increasing rate reached 15.08%. |
