玉米抗青枯病遗传规律研究

摘    要:本试验通过对青枯病抗性不同的几个材料进行接种.用不完全双列杂交方法对玉米青枯病遗传规律进行了研究。试验结果表明,玉米对青枯病遗传为微效多基因控制的数量性状遗传,并且基因效应是以加性基因效应为主,非加性基因效应所起作用不大.同时又得到所研究的六个亲本中Mo17、E28是选育高抗青枯病杂交组合的优良亲本.

Abstract:In this experiment we inoculated the causal organism isolutions to the materials with different resistance and studied the inheritance of resistance to maize stalk rot by uncomplete diallel cross method. The result indicated the inheritance of resistance was controlled by minor multiple gene. It's resistance appeared to have the character of quantative inheriatance. The gene effects were mainly caused by additive gene effects, and little caused by non-additive gene. Among 6 inbred line parents, Mol 7 and E28 were supper parents with high resistance to maize stalk rot.
