摘    要:目的]为探讨适合何首乌扦插的GGR浓度。方法]选用1年生何首乌枝条,用GGR溶液浸泡。研究了不同GGR浓度(25、50、100、200mg/L)对扦插生根的影响。结果]4个GGR处理中,100mg/L浓度处理下何首乌扦插的成活率最高,达71.67%。10.0mg/L处理与200、25mg/L处理的成活率差异极显著。100mg/L与50mg/L处理的成活枝条生根数目最多,分别为2.74和2.72条。100mg/L处理成活枝条所生的根最长,为31.17mm。100mg/L处理与其他处理,50mg/L处理与25mg/L处理之间的根长有显著差异。100mg/L处理成活枝条新茎长度最长,成活枝条的新叶片数最多。结论]何首乌进行扦插时,GGR的最适浓度为100mg/L.

Effects of GGR with Different Concentration on Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.Cuttage

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to explore the optimum concn.of GGR for Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.cuttage.Method]1-year-old branches was collected to be soaked in GGR solution.The effect of GGR with different concn.(25,50,100 and 200 mg/L)on cottage rooting was studied.Result] Among 4 treatments,the survival rate of P.multiflorum in the treatment at 100 mg/L was the highest,being 71.67%.The difference on survival between the treatment at 100 mg/L and that at 200,25 mg/L was very obvious.The root number of the survival branch in treatment at 100 and 50 mg/L was the highest,being 2.74 and 2.72 strips resp.The root of treatment at 100 mg/L was the longest,being 31.17 mm.The difference between treatment at 100 mg/L and other,treatment at 50 and 25 mg/L was significant.The new stem of survival branch in treatment at 100 mg/L was the longest and its new leaf number was the most.Conclusion] When the P.multiflorum was made for cuttage,the optimum concn.of GGR was 100 mg/L.
