| 摘 要： | 目前,我国企业的财务分析主要是指以财务报表和其他资料为依据和起点所进行的分析。这种分析虽然数据较易获得和较为规范,也有利于企业财务能力评价的顺利进行,但也存在着一定的局限性及应该注意的问题。
