紫萁快速繁殖技术的研究

摘    要: 研究了影响紫萁孢子萌发的因素。紫萁孢子萌发的最佳培养基为1/ 8 MS 培养基, 孢子接种密度以3 000 个/ cm2 为宜。孢子萌发后逐渐长成丝状体、片状体和原叶体。孢子萌发4 个月后开始形成孢子体。有利于原叶体生长分化和孢子体生长的培养基为1/ 8 MS + 6-BA 1 mg/L + NAA 0. 5 mg/L , 孢子体生根培养基以1/ 8 MS + 6-BA 0. 5 mg/L + NAA 1 mg/L 为宜。紫萁幼苗的生长与阳光、温度、湿度密切相关。

Abstract:The factors of influencing spore germination was studied in this paper.The suitable culture medium and spore density for Osmunda japonica Thund.spores was 1/8 MS and 3000/cm 2.After germinating,spores grew into the filiform shape,flaky,prothallium and developed into sporophyte 4 months later.The optimized culture medium for prothallium to disintegrate sporophyte was 1/8 MS+6 BA 1+NAA 0.5 and culture medium of root growing was 1/8 MS+6 BA 0.5+NAA 1.0.The growth of seedlings was closely related to sunlight, temperature and humidity.
