| 摘 要： | 我国肉鸡产业发展迅速,生产总量显著增长,但生产力水平较低,区域差异大,肉鸡饲养业发展不平衡,目前我国仍处在传统养殖加工向现代养殖加工转变的关键阶段。美国肉鸡业是连接紧密、高度社会化和以公司为主导的跨国农业产业,从生产到消费,形成了体系完整、分工细致、专业化程度高、连接紧密的价值链。为了加快我国肉鸡业发展,分析了美国肉鸡业价值链构建特点,以期为我国肉鸡业快速发展提供借鉴依据。
