高效液相色谱法检测蛹虫草胶囊中腺苷含量的方法研究

摘    要:建立了蛹虫草胶囊中腺苷含量检测的色谱优化方法。在260 nm的检测波长下,采用外标法对腺苷含量进行定量分析,在0.4~60μg/mL线性范围内拟合线性回归方程:y=25.496 x+1.025,相关系数为0.999 7。方法的检测限为0.06μg/mL,定量限为0.14μg/mL。加标回收试验显示,回收率在96.9%~104.1%之间,RSD为3.43%。方法的精密度为1.02%。对试验结果进行统计分析,结果表明,260nm的检测波长能显著提高样品中腺苷含量测定值,结果更为准确、可靠。

Abstract:An optimized high performance liquid chromatography method had been established for determiantion of adenosine in Cordyceps militaris(L.)Link capsules.With 260 nm,an external standard method was used for quantitative analysis of adenosine.Between 0.4 μg/mL and 60 μg/mL,a equation of linear regression of y=25.496 x+1.025 was fitted(R2=0.999 7).Detection and quantification limits were 0.06 μg/mL and 0.14 μg/mL separately for adenosine analysis.Recoverys in the range of 96.9% and 104.1% were available in standard recovery test and RSD was equal to 3.43%.The method precision was 1.02%.An statistical analysis of experimental data showed that the data about adenosine in Cordyceps militaris capsules was significantly increased under 260 nm which was more accurater.
