| 摘 要： | 2003年至2005年对塔里木盆地36个县(市)进行了豆科植物资源的调查及根瘤菌的采集工作,共采集到豆科植物30属66种,根瘤样品1160份;属内种间豆科植物根瘤的形状、大小、颜色及其在根上的着生位置相似,而属间植物根瘤特性差异明显。在调查采集到根瘤的豆科植物中,喀什黄华、矮沙冬青两种豆科植物在本研究之前未见到有结瘤固氮的报道。 |

| Abstract: | The nodulation and nitrogen-fixing resources of legumes from 36 counties(or town) in Tarim Basin were investigated,and the corresponding root nodules were collected.The investigation on nodulation for leguminous plant was representative in Tarim Basin because a widespread area was investigated within Tarim Basin.However,the investigation for wild leguminous plants was not complete due to their scattered distribution in the field and the limited time.In total,1160 nodule samples were collected,belonging to 66 species and 30 genera Legumes,of which two species have not been previously reported.All of the nodule samples were collected from the natural nodulation legumes without inoculation with rhizobia.It was similar within same genera but dissimilar among different genera with nodules in shape,color,size and spaces on root. |
