植物病原真菌寄主选择性毒素的控制基因

摘    要:详细介绍了几种主要植物病原真菌控制其寄主选择性毒素产生的遗传基因。许多被认为是单基因控制毒素产生的病菌被鉴定为是一个基因簇在起作用,尤其是控制HC-毒素的TOX2基因簇至少包括了7个基因。文中简述了其中涉及的一些分子生物学技术。

Abstract:The genes controlled the production of host select iv e toxins (HSTs) in some important phytopathogenic fungi, in particular with HC-t oxin from Cochliobolus carbonum, was introduced in detail. Som e putative genes monogenetically controlling the HSTs production in fungus were identified as gene clusters, such as TOX2 in C. carbonum including at least 7 regulating genes. Some related molecul ar biological approaches were simply reviewed.
