山梨组织培养及快繁技术研究

摘    要:通过对由山梨种子长出的茎尖进行组织培养的研究,筛选出了适宜诱导及增殖的培养基是ZS(改良的MS培养基)+BA 2 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L,适宜生根的培养基是ZS(改良的MS培养基)+IBA3 mg/L。

Abstract:Using shoot tips growing from germinated seed as explant,tissue culture and rapid propagation of Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim was studied.The results showed that the most appropriate medium for callus induction and propagation was modified ZS + BA2mg/L + NAA 0.1mg/L.The optimum medium for rooting was modified MS + IBA3mg/L.
