| 摘 要： | 根据乡镇规模特点,设计了一套机械手工相结合的小型鸡鸭屠宰生产线,阐述了生产线的工艺流程及其布置,还就作业流水线、挂钩、浸烫机、脱毛机、输送带等主要零部件的设计作了探讨。

| Abstract: | A small scale slaughter-house of chicken and duck .which is in accordance with the condition of villages and towns in China ,was investigated in the paper. Its technological process and arrangement was introduced. The work mechanisms for the slaughter including process line,hook, scald-soaker .feather moulter and conveyer belt were studied. |
