| 摘 要： | 对香蕉青果和贮藏期间的病果进行了分离培养和致病性测定，鉴定出潜伏侵染幼果的真菌有Ｃｏｌｌｅｔｏｔｒｉｃｈｕｍｍｕｓａｅ（Ｂｅｒｋ＆Ｃｕｒｔ．）Ａｒｘ，Ｆｕｓａｒｉｕｍｓｐｐ．Ｐｅｔａｌｏｔｉａｓｐ．和Ｍａｒｃｒｏｐｈｏｍａｍｕｓａｅ等，造成贮藏病害的主要病菌有Ｃｏｌｌｅｔｏｔｒｉｃｈｕｍｍｕｓａｅ，Ｆｕｓａｒｉｕｍｓｐｐ；Ｖｅｒｔｉｃｉｌｉｕｍｓｐ；Ｍａｃｒｏｐｈｏｍａｍｕｓａｅ；Ｂｏｔｒｙｏｄｉ

| Abstract: | Fungi were isolated not only from the developing banana fruits which were outwardly free of symptoms and wounds but also from diseased fruits during storage. Thefungi iso1ated were inoculated onto healthy banana fruit to test their pathogenicity. Theresults showed that the fungi in latent infection occurring at the fruit developing stagewere Collectrichum musae (Berk. & Curt. )Arx-;FusaTium spp. iPestalotia sp. and Macrophomamusae. The major fungi causin8 storage diseases included Colletotrickum musae,Fu8ariumspp. ; Verticilium sp,;Macrophom musae; Botrgodiplodia theobromae and Helmintkospo'ium sp.The last fungus was new1y reported to cause stem rot. Among the pathogenic fungi causing storage disease. Collectotrichum musae is the most popular and virulent pathogen- In theexperiment eight treatments showed some effect on control1ing anthracnose and crown rotof banana fruits- of the treatments,prochloraz at 900 ppm gave best effect on diseasecontrol. |
