超低量静电喷雾机具的充电效果研究

摘    要:
 用理论分析和试验研究的方法,证明感应式充电法充电效果最佳,并确认工作充电电压仅为3.5~4.5千伏便可获得足够好的充电效果,这个结论有助于降低高压静电电源的生产成本,本文通过对植保机具使用现状的分析,提出开展超低量静电喷雾机只研制的建议。

Abstract:
By researches on the theory and test,this paper showed that spraying withinduction-charging method may obtain the best charging effect in all charging methodsand the charging voltage with a range from 3.5 KV to 4.5 KV may reach a very goodcharging effect. These conclusions are of benefit to decreasing production cost of makinga high electrostatic power source. By studying some of the present plant protection ma-chines, this paper suggested that it is necessary to do some research work on making anew ultra-low volume electrostatic charging spray machine.
