烟梗成丝的研究及应用

目的]探索烟梗成丝的最佳工艺参数及其在制作高档烟中的应用。方法]通过进行压梗、切梗厚度参数调整试验,寻求烟梗成丝效果较好的工艺参数,把成丝效果最好的梗丝按不同的比例搀兑到某牌号一类烟中进行卷制,然后对卷烟进行感官质量评价以及卷烟烟气的分析检测。结果]烟梗的压梗厚度在0.8 mm,切梗厚度在0.10 mm时,烟梗成丝的效果较好;在高档烟中搀兑适当比例（≤15%）的丝状梗丝可提高卷烟香气的透发性,改善余味,降低卷烟的刺激性,提高卷烟的感官质量。但是过高的比例（〉15%）对卷烟感官质量有不利的影响;烟支的焦油含量、烟气烟碱量、CO量会随着丝状梗丝比例的增加而减小。结论]该研究为提高梗丝的利用价值以及提高梗丝在高档烟中的使用比例提供了参考。

Research and Application of Tobacco Stem Forming Silk

Objective] The study aimed to explore the optimum technology parameter of tobacco stem forming silks and its application in making the high-grade cigarette.Method] The test on the adjustment for the parameters of pressing stem and cutting stem thickness was conducted to seek the technology parameters that could obtain the good effect of tobacco stem forming silk.The stem silks with best effect of forming silk were maxed into a brand of cigarettes according to different proportion for further making the cigarette and then the well-made cigarettes were made for the sensory quality evaluation and the cigarette smoke analysis and detection.Result] The tobacco stem forming silks could get good effect when the thickness of pressing stem was 0.8 mm and the thickness of cutting stem was 0.10 mm.The stem silks maxed into the high-grade cigarettes according to suitable proportion(≤15%)could increase the emanation of cigarette aroma,improve its aftertaste,decrease its acrimony and increase its sensory quality,but the stem silks with over-high proportion(>15%) could had some bad effects on the sensory quality of the cigarette.The tar content,smoke nicotine level,CO content of cigarette would be decreased with the increase of the proportion of stem silk.Conclusion] The study provided the reference for improving the utilizing value of the stem silk and increasing the using proportion of stem silks in the high-grade cigarette
