转sbk和sck抗虫基因水稻的获得

摘    要:转入多个抗虫基因是解决水稻抗虫的一条有效途径.本研究采用根癌农杆菌介导法将2个抗虫基因(sbk和sck)同时转入3个水稻品种中,通过一系列的分子检测(PCR和RT-PCR)分析,这2个基因已经成功转入3个水稻品种中并得到了表达;同时还获得1株不含抗生素筛选标记基因(hpt)和抗虫sbk基因,却含抗虫sck基因的转基因植株,命名为YJ27-5sck.用该植株作为供体,通过杂交将sck抗虫基因转育到另外5个水稻品种中且同样得到了表达,获得了不含筛选标记基因的转sck基因阳性植株.

Abstract:It might be one of the effective ways to solve the problems of rice insect harm by introducing multigenes into rice.
