出口叶用萝卜品种比较

摘    要:通过栽培试验研究了宁波地区2个出口常用叶用萝卜品种的栽培特性及加工营养成分,比较其植物学性状、生育期和生长动态,并测定最终脱水加工产品的叶绿素、可溶性糖、维生素C含量。研究表明:叶太郎的叶面宽度、叶子长度、株高等植物学指标均高于叶大根,但优势不大;叶太郎的叶绿素、可溶性总糖均低于叶大根,但维生素C含量高于叶大根,出口市场从感官上更认可叶太郎品种,在投放基地时可优先选择。

Abstract:Abstract: The cultivation characteristics and processing nutrients of two leaf radish varieties commonly used for export in Ningbo were studied by cultivation experiment. The botanical shape, growth period and growth dynamics were compared, and the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar and vitamin C in dehydrated products were measured. The results showed that leaf width, leaf length and plant height index of ''Yetailang'' were slightly higher than ''Yedagen''. The chlorophyll and total soluble sugar of ''Yetailang'' were lower than those of ''Yedagen'', while the content of vitamin C was higher than that of ''Yedagen'', the customers from export market were more inclinedto ''Yetailang'' from the sensory indicators. It was a preferable choice for planting.
