摘    要:为明确根际有益微生物不同接种方法对春季塑料大棚黄瓜生长的影响,以黄瓜为试验材料,比较分析了自根苗育苗基质加菌剂、自根苗定植穴加菌剂、嫁接苗砧木基质加菌剂、嫁接苗砧木基质不加菌剂、自根苗基质不加菌剂5个处理下的黄瓜苗期植株长势、定植后植株长势、果实品质以及产量表现,以自根苗基质不加菌剂为对照。结果表明:黄瓜自根苗育苗基质接种菌剂可提高黄瓜自根苗壮苗指数(1.09)和果实可溶性糖含量(2.07%),后期植株长势和产量也表现较好,是适宜黄瓜生长的接种方法。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to research the growth of cucumber planting in plastic greenhouse in spring with different inoculation methods of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR), taking cucumber as the test material, the seedling growth, plant growth after planting, fruit quality and yield were compared and analyzed with 5 treatments, including cucumber seedling inoculated PGPR directly, cucumber transplanting inoculated PGPR, grafted seedling root stock inoculated PGPR, grafted seedling root stock without PGPR, and cucumber seedling without PGPR (CK). The results showed that cucumber seedling vigorous index (1.09) was strong, soluble sugar content of cucumber was high (2.07%), plant growth and yield were better when cucumber seedling inoculated PGPR directly which was the suitable treatment in cucumber cultivation.
