| 摘 要： | 以己酸与二乙氨基乙醇为原料,强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,合成出了植物生长调节剂——己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯(DA-6),通过正交试验优化出了其最佳的合成工艺条件:当酸醇物质量之比为1.2:1.0,催化剂用量为1.7%,带水剂为甲苯时,产物的收率可达93.5%,产品纯度95.0%。此外还探索了DA-6盐的制备条件。

| Abstract: | Hexanoic acid 2-(diethylamino) ethyl ester(DA-6),a plant growth regulator,was prepared from hexanoic acid and N,N-diethylamino ethanol by using cation resin as catalyst in toluene.The optimum synthesis technique condition was obtained by orthogonal experiment.When the mol ratio of acid and alcohol was 1.2:1 and the dosage of catalyst was1.7 %,the reaction yield could reach 93.5 % after 6 hours with the purity of 95 %.Meanwhile,the preparation of DA-6 citrate was also studied. |
