| 摘 要： | 水稻杂交采用经改进的剪颖破药杀雄法,杀雄率达93.65%。与传统的剪颖杀雄相比,异常剪颖破药杀雄法的工作效率大幅度提高,杀雄率与结实率两种方法间无太大差异。介绍了异常剪颖破药杀雄法的基本原理和操作技术。

Improvement and Effect of Castration through Cutting Glumes in Rice Hybridization |

| Abstract: | The castration rate of rice through improved cutting glumes and destroying anther method reached to 93.65%. In comparison with the traditional emasculation by cutting glumes, the improved method had greater work efficiency . There was no significant difference in emasculation rate and setting rate between two methods. The basic theory and operational techniques of castration through unusual cutting glume and destroying anther were introduced. |
