| Abstract: | Under the new situation and tasks we should bring forth new ideas and make improvement in the substance,form,method and means of the ideological and political work on the basis of carrying on its fine tradition.Here we discuss the effective combination of the ideological and political work of employees with modern management according to the characteristics of basic units of agricultural research institutions. |
