外源GA_3与ABA对烤烟叶片内源激素及钾素含量的影响

对盆栽烤烟‘8277’与‘农大202’喷施外源激素GA3与ABA,研究其对烟草叶片钾素累积效应的影响.结果表明:喷施一定浓度的GA3(100 mg.L-1)促进了烟草叶片内源激素GA3与IAA的合成,且促进了各个时期烟草叶片中的相对含钾量,对‘8277’效果更为明显;喷施GA3在一定程度上抑制了烟草成熟期各个部位烟叶绝对含钾量的提高;喷施一定浓度的ABA(20 mg.L-1)抑制了烟草叶片中内源激素IAA与GA3的合成,2个供试品种喷施ABA后各个时期叶片相对含钾量均显著低于对照,但ABA增加了2个供试品种成熟期各部位烟草叶片的干物质量,提高了成熟期叶片中的绝对含钾量.

Effect of exogenous GA_3 and ABA on endogenous hormone content and potassium accumulation in tobacco leaves(Nicotiana tabacum L.)

The effect of exogenous GA3 and ABA treatment on endogenous hormone content and potas-sium accumulation was investigated in the tobacco leaves strains 8277 and ND202 grown in pots. The re-sults showed that GA3at 100 mg·L~(-1) increased the content of endogenous IAA and GA3 ,and enhanced the relative potassium content during all the development periods,especially in strain 8277. GA_3 treatment in-hibited the increasing of absolute potassium content in leaves of all the layers during ripening period. ABA at 20 mg·L~(-1) restrained the synthesis of endogenous IAA and G A_3,both strains had a lower relative po-tassium content. ABA treatment increased the dry substance and the absolute potassium content in leaves of all the layers during ripening period in two strains.
