环境因子对铁皮石斛组织培养和大棚种植 影响的研究进展

文章综述了国内外铁皮石斛（Dendrobium officinale）组织培养和大棚种植的研究进展，从光照、温度、培养基、激素及添加剂等5个方面，论述了环境因子对培育铁皮石斛壮苗以及提高幼苗成活率的影响。在自然情况下，铁皮石斛种子的萌发率极低，组织培养是实现其快速繁殖的最佳技术手段，而将组培苗移植到大棚是人工栽培铁皮石斛的技术关键。现有研究表明，兰花内生菌、光照、温度和基质种类等环境因子会影响铁皮石斛大棚种植的产量和品质。如何有效地管理和利用这些环境因子，从而提高铁皮石斛的产量和品质，将是未来的研究重点。

Research Advance in the Effect of Environment Factors on Tissue Culture and Cultivation of Dendrobium officinale

This paper reported the research progress of tissue culture and greenhouse planting of Dendrobi-um officinale.The effects of environmental factors such as light,temperature,medium,hormone and additive on cultivating strong seedling and enhancing the survival rate of D.officinale were discussed.D.officinale seed germi-nation rate was very low in natural condition,tissue culture technique was the best way to promote the rapid propa-gation of D.officinale.Furthermore,the core technology of D.officinale artificial cultivation was to move the tissue culture seedlings into greenhouse.Studies had shown that orchids endophytes,light,temperature and other envi-ronmental factors affected the production and quality of D.officinale greenhouse cultivation,so how to effectively manage and utilize these environmental factors to improve the production and quality would be the focus of future research.
