| 摘 要： | 经室内抑菌、毒力测定表明,不同药剂对玉米大斑病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用不同;玉米大斑病菌对化学药剂表现敏感,但敏感程度不同,药剂的EC50值越小、斜率越大,表明病菌对药剂的敏感性越高,抑菌效果越好。筛选出代森锰锌、敌克松、扑海因等对玉米大斑病菌抑制效果最好的药剂,可作为防治该病害的首选药剂,并为生产上玉米大斑病的化学防治提供了一定的理论依据。
