摘    要:经室内抑菌、毒力测定表明,不同药剂对玉米大斑病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用不同;玉米大斑病菌对化学药剂表现敏感,但敏感程度不同,药剂的EC50值越小、斜率越大,表明病菌对药剂的敏感性越高,抑菌效果越好。筛选出代森锰锌、敌克松、扑海因等对玉米大斑病菌抑制效果最好的药剂,可作为防治该病害的首选药剂,并为生产上玉米大斑病的化学防治提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:determination results of indoor bacteriostasis and toxicity show that mycelial growth inhibition effects on corn northern leaf blight are different according to fungicides adopted;corn northern leaf blight fungus is sensitive to all fungicides but with different levels of sensitiveness accordingly.Fungicide with lower EC50 value and higher slope rate is more effective to the fungus.In this study,Mancozeb,Dexon and Iprodione were selected as the best fungicides to corn northern leaf blight fungus,some useful...
