| Abstract: | It is very difficult to create maize mutants , and even more difficult to detect useful mutants and clone related genes . This paper summarizes the latest research progress in the creation and detection methods of maize mutants, and intends to explore more effective ways of creating and detecting technology on maize mutants. |
