2种忍冬果实挥发性物质组成1）

采用顶空固相微萃取（ HS－SPME）技术提取挥发性物质，用气相色谱－质谱联用法分析了金银忍冬（ Loniecr a ma ckii Maxim）和蓝靛果忍冬（ Lonicera caerulea L．）果实挥发性化学成分。结果表明，在2种果实中共鉴定出32种成分。其中在金银忍冬果实中分析出16种成分，包括3种烷烃类、1种酯类、4种醇类、5种醛类、2种酮类和1种萜烯类物质；从蓝靛果忍冬果实中鉴定出18种成分，包括4种醇类、11种酯类、1种醛类、1种酮类和1种酸类物质。2种忍冬果实中的酮类和烷烃类物质质量分数相对较少。

Composition of Volatile Organic Compounds in Lonicera maackii Maxim and Lonicera caerulea L

We used Headspace-Solid Phase Microextraction coupled to Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry to detect the vol-atile components from the fruits of Lonicera maackii Maxim and Lonicera caerulea L, and identified 32 kinds of volatile components.There were 16 aroma compounds were in Lonicera maackii Maxim, including 3 hydrocarbons, 1 esters, 4 al-cohols, 5 aldehydes, 2 ketones and 1 terpenes.There were 18 aroma compounds were in Lonicera caerulea L including 4 alcohols, 11 esters, 1 aldehydes, 1 ketones and 1 acids.The contents of ketones and hydrocarbons were both lower in the fruits.
