摘    要:紫杉醇是重要的抗癌药物,紫杉烷是紫杉醇的代谢前体或支路代谢产物,具有特殊生理活性。紫杉醇及紫杉烷的药源问题是制约其应用的主要因素。细胞工程技术环境友好,可调控,符合可持续发展战略,生产紫杉醇及紫杉烷富有潜力。本文综述了紫杉醇及紫杉烷的细胞工程生产情况,指出了存在的问题,提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Taxol is an important anticancer drug and taxanes are metabolic precursors or branch metabolites of taxol with special physiological activity. Pharmaceutical source is the main problem that restrict their application. Cell engineering is a potential technique to produce taxol and taxanes , being environment friendly, easy to control, in accordance with the strategy of sustainable development. Production of Taxol and taxanes in cell culture is reviewed and some advice is given to solve problems in the research.
