| 摘 要： | 为了更好地搞好西北地区未来的农业节水项目建设,充分发挥其应有的社会效益,对已完成的农业节水项目进行以社会影响后评价、社会风险后评价以及社会互适性后评价为内容的社会效益后评价,以总结经验教训,为拟建项目提供科学的决策依据.

| Abstract: | Social benefit of agricultural water-saving project was very remarkable.It was necessary to evaluate the social impact of agricultural water-saving projects in order to build better future projects in northwest China and fully exploit the social benefit.The social benefit post-evaluation content of the agricultural water-saving project should include social impact post-evaluation,social risk post-evaluation and social mutual adaptability post-evaluation.As a result,experiences and lessons were summarized to provide scientific decision for the newly-built projects. |
