Simultaneous Improvement of Multiple Targets in Wheat Quality Characters

The best regression models between the main quality characters andthe agricultural ones in winter wheat were set up by adopting the methodof the dual sifting regression progressively,and these models are dividedinto two groups.The practice of wheat breeding has proved that this methodin application to selecting the fine wheat single plant in quality characte-rs is not only able to overcome the difficulties of direct selection in earlygeneration of hybrid wheat,but also able to provide a new way for themultiple targets of indirect selection.
