| 摘 要： | 开始于20年纪80年代的“民工潮”，目前在一些地区变成了“民工荒”，这是改革开放以来。我国经济领域出现的一个较为明显的变化。文章试图从经济学方面论述形成“民工荒”的原因以及带给我们的思考和启示：该如何对待农民工。
