莲藕田间越冬过程中碳水化合物代谢的研究

摘    要:对莲藕田间越冬过程中淀粉(包括直链淀粉、支链淀粉)、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖的含量变化进行了研究。结果表明:莲藕成熟期根状茎贮藏物质以淀粉为主,其中武植2号含量最高,达12.8%,鄂莲1号最低,为11.2%。从成熟期至11月30日碳水化合物含量基本不变;11月30日~翌年1月30日,19.6%~26.4%的淀粉被分解,葡萄糖、果糖含量增加,且部分转化成蔗糖积累;1月30日~3月30日,根状茎中碳水化合物含量基本未变;3月30日~4月30日,根状茎中18.7%~33.9%的淀粉再次被分解,葡萄糖、果糖含量显著升高。整个越冬过程中支链淀粉的分解多于直链淀粉。

Abstract:Changes of starch (including amylose and amylopectin),glucose,fructose and sucrose content in lotus root were studied during storage in field through the winter.The results showed that the main storage nutrition of lotus root was starch.In matured rhizome of Wuzhi No.2 starch content was 12.8 %,which was the highest among the four varieties,while Elian No.1's starch content of 11.2 % was the lowest. Before November 30th,carbohydrate content in rhizome almost remained the same;from November 30th to January 30th,with the temperature successively dropping down,19.6 %-26.4 % of starch decomposed,the content of glucose and fructose increased significantly and a part of them then transformed into sucrose for storage;from March 30th to April 30th,18.7 %-33.9 % of starch in rhizome decomposed,further more,the content of glucose and fructose increased significantly.In the whole course,starch breaking down gave priority to amylopectin.
