杜鹃兰假鳞茎发育中内源激素的含量变化

摘    要:采用ELISA法测定了杜鹃兰新生假鳞茎发育过程中早期新老假鳞茎的4种内源激素(IAA、CTK、GA3和ABA)含量的动态变化。结果表明:在杜鹃兰新生假鳞茎发育过程中新老假鳞茎内源激素含量及比例呈现规律性的变化。新老假鳞茎中IAA含量变化较为复杂,一年生假鳞茎呈先急剧下降后上升再小幅下降的变化,二年生假鳞茎表现出两个峰顶和三个峰谷的变化,三年生假鳞茎则呈先升后降再升再降的变化;CTK含量的变化是一年生假鳞茎呈先急剧下降后小幅上升再下降,二年生和三年生假鳞茎均呈双峰曲线;GA3含量变化表现出一年生假鳞茎先升后降再升再降最后急剧上升,二年生假鳞茎先升后降再升,三年生假鳞茎先降后升再降再升的变化趋势;ABA含量整体呈先升后降的变化;IAA/CTK和IAA/ABA比值的变化几乎都是先下降后呈双峰曲线。

Endogenous Hormone Content Changes During Newborn Cremastra Pseudobulb Development
Abstract:The dynamic content changes of four endogenous hormones ( IAA,CTK,GA3 and ABA) of the new and old pseudobulb during the development of newborn Cremastra pseudobulb was measured by ELISA. The result shows that the content and ratio of new and old pseudobulb endogenous hormone exhibits changed regularly during the development of Cremastra newborn pseudobulb. The change of IAA content in new and old pseudobulb is more complex- changes of the pseudobulb rose after a sharp decline and then declined slightly in the first year; biennial pseudobulb changed in two peaks and three valley in the second year; triennial pseudobulb first increased and then decreased and again increased and decreased in the third year. The changes of CTK content sharply fell and then slight rose at last declined in pseudob-ulb in the first year;biennial and triennial pseudobulb showed a bimodal curve in the second and third year. The changes trends of GA3 content is that it increased and then decreased and then again rose and decreased at last sharply increased in pseudobulb in the first year;biennial pseudobulb first increased and then decreased and then again rose in the second year;triennial pseudobulb first fell and then rose again fell and rose in the third year. The overall change of ABA content is that it increased first and then decreased. The ratio changes of IAA/CTK and IAA/ABA first declined and then changed in a bimodal curve.
