微灌用水力旋流器试验研究

摘    要:水力旋流器由于其特殊的分离原理及结构特征已成为一种独具一格的分离装置,其应用范围逐步扩大。提出了一种新型微灌用水力旋流分离装置,并对其进行试验分析,分析结果表明,该水力旋流器的设计生产能力约为30 m3/h(对应进口压力为0.3 MPa),对应的分割粒度为27.5μm,分离极限(d98)为95.0μm,分离精度(d25/d75)为0.42,符合微灌对水质的要求。
