柴达木黑果枸杞抗氧化物组分分析

摘    要:
为探究柴达木盆地黑果枸杞抗氧化物质含量与特性,利用福林酚法、分光光度法和反相高效液相色谱—二极管阵列检测法等方法对柴达木盆地成熟黑果枸杞干果进行检测。结果表明:柴达木盆地黑果枸杞中总多酚、总黄酮和维生素E的质量分数分别为17.92 mg·g~(-1)、2.39%和0.51 mg·g~(-1);共检测到12种花青素类化合物,矮牵牛素(m/z317)、飞燕草素(m/z303)、锦葵素(m/z331)和矢车菊素(m/z287)是其主要的母核物质,并通过进一步分析花青素结构,对其中10种花青素类化合物命名;不同地区黑果枸杞多酚和花青素的质量分数及各组分占比均不同。研究结果为柴达木盆地黑果枸杞的人工选育栽培和开发利用提供了数据支撑和理论基础。

Abstract:
Folin phenol method, spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection were used to detect the antioxidant content and characteristics of the wild matured Lycium ruthenicum Murr dried fruit in the Qaidam Basin. The results showed that the total polyphenols, total flavonoids and vitamin E contents of the Wild Lycium ruthenicum Murr in the Qaidam Basin were 17.92 mg·g-1, 2.39% and 0.51 mg·g-1, respectively. Twelve kinds of anthocyanins were detected, and their main nucleus substances were petunidin(m/z317), delphinidin(m/z303), malvidin(m/z331) and cyanidin(m/z287).Ten kinds of anthocyanins were named by analyzing the anthocyanins structure.The contents of polyphenols and anthocyanins in Lycium ruthenicum Murr and their proportion varied in different regions.The results provided data support and theoretical basis for the artificial breeding, exploitation and utilization of Wild Lycium ruthenicum Murr in the Qaidam Basin.
