摘    要:目的]通过除去不良的腥味以更好的开发利用柞蚕资源。方法]醋酸与柞蚕粉腥味成分结合形成易挥发的物质,该物质通过旋转蒸发便可除去。结果]最佳工艺条件为:0.7%的醋酸溶液,在55℃旋转蒸20 min,除腥率可达92.533 3%。结论]利用该工艺制成无腥柞蚕粉,具有更广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to make the better use of tussah by eliminating bad smell.Method]The volatile material,which is produced through the combination of acetic acid and tussah powder,can be removed with the helping of the circumgyrate evaporation apparatus.Result] The experiment proved that the optimum condition of processing is 0.7% acetic acid,evaporated at 55℃,20 min.The rate of deodorization can reach about 93%.Conclusion]The technology can put the tussah powder to better use of deodorization and has wider foreground.
