淀粉基质厌氧消化的氢分压变化状况

摘    要:氢分压(PH_2)是厌氧消化中一项重要的状态参数。本研究进行基质淀粉的中温厌氧消化,观察不同状况下 PH_2变化。结果表明:1.具有不同优势类型产CH_4菌的反应器,对 PH_2变化的承受能力完全不同.2.由有机冲击负荷所造成的PH_2变化,其上升速度与基质类型有关。3.PH_2变化明显地受到有机负荷上升速率的影响。4.系统的自身缓冲能力也关系到 PH_2的变化。因此,本研究认为 PH_2作为厌氧消化有机负荷监控的唯一指标是不恰当的。

Abstract:The PH_2 is one of the impotant state parameters in anaerobic digestion.This study conducted a mesosphilic anaerobic digestion with starch as the substrate,observing the PH_2 change in different states.The result showed that(1)te reactors with various kinds of advantages fot mathanogenic bacterium were completely different in their bearing capacities to the PH_2 change,(2) the increasing speed of the PH_2 change caused by the organic shock load was in relation with the substrate varieties,(3)the PH_2 change was impacted apparently by the increasing speed of organic load,(4)the buffering capacity of the system was also relative with the change of PH_2 Therefore, we think that it is not justable totake PH_2 as the mere index for monitoring the organic load in anaerobic digestion.
