| Abstract: | After treated with 10,50,100 mg/L licorice chalcone A on inflammatory hoof dermal cells for 24 h, the levels of TNF-ɑ,IL-1β,IL-6,SOD and MDA in the cell supernatant was detected, the protein levels of ERK,JNK,p38,IκBα and p65 were detected by Western blot.The results showed that licorice chalcone A significantly reduced the levels of TNF-ɑ,IL-1β and IL-6,increased SOD activity, reduced MDA content, and inhibited the phosphorylation of ERK,JNK,p38,IκBα and p65.The results indicated that licorice chalcone A had a certain inhibitory effect on LPS-induced inflammatory response of dairy cow hoof dermal cells, and its anti-inflammatory effect might be related to MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathways. |
