西洋杜鹃组织培养的初步研究

以西洋杜鹃的两种不同花色品种‘红宝石'(R.Redjacj简称RR)、‘粉冠军'(R.Brittania简称RB)的无菌苗叶片和茎段(包含茎尖)为外植体,研究不定芽的诱导、壮苗及生根。结果表明,叶片诱导不定芽最佳培养基为:DJ+ZT2.0+NAA0.2+琼脂0.8%+蔗糖30g/L,‘红宝石'增殖倍数10.9,‘粉冠军'增殖倍数29.63。茎段(包含茎尖)增殖的最佳培养基为:DJ+ZT0.5+NAA0.05+琼脂0.8%+蔗糖30g/L,‘红宝石'增殖倍数为2,‘粉冠军'增殖倍数为3。生根最佳培养基为:Read+NAA0.2mg/L+AC3g/L,‘红宝石'平均生根率达84%,‘粉冠军'平均生根率达93%。

Study on Tissue Culture of Rhododendron Hybridn

With the aseptic seedling leaves and stems（including shoot tips）of two varieties ＂Redjack（RR）＂and ＂Brittania（RB）＂of different colors as the explants, the induction of adventitious buds,seedling and Rooting was studied. The results showed that the optimum medium for inducing adventitious bud from leaves was DJ＋ZT2.0＋NAA0.2＋agar8%＋sugar30g/L,RR proliferation times were 10.9, RB proliferation times were 29.63.The best medium for proliferating stems（including shoot tips）was DJ＋ZT0.5＋NAA0.05＋agar8%＋sugar30g/L.RR proliferation times were 2,and RB proliferation times were 3.The best rooting medium was Read＋NAA0.2mg/L＋AC3g/L,average rooting rate of RR is 84%, average rooting rate of RB is 93%.
