甜菜苗期缺素症状研究

摘    要:试验以双丰8号为材料,在苗期进行11种缺素处理,结果如下:1.形态变化:缺N、P、K、Ca、Mg元素,其地上部症状明显。缺N、K、Ca、Fe、Zn、B元素时,根量有显著差异;2.解剖结构:因缺素造成叶片脉间失绿和发黄部位是叶肉细胞内的叶绿体数目及内含物减少,液泡化明显的结果。干枯叶片的结构,表现细胞萎缩、排列不规整;3.生理指标:叶绿素a、b含量与光合速率在绝大部分缺素处理中均低于对照。各缺素处理在形态、解剖和生理三者变化基本吻合。

Abstract:A sugarbeet variety "Shuang Feg 8" was tested with eleven treatments of nutrient deficiency in seedling stage. The results are as follows: 1. Morphological, variation: The upper part of seedling which was lack of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, respectively, appeared evident variation; The root weight of seedling treated with deficiency of N, K, Ca,Fe,Zn,B was signifficantly different to that of control; 2. Anatomical structure: As a result of vacuolation and reduction of the number inclusion and of chloroplast, the leaf space between veins showed chlorisis and etiolation. The cells of dry and withered leaf was becoming shrivel and irregular distribution; 3. Physiological index: Photosynthctic rate and the content of chlorophyll a and b in most treatments were lower than those of control. The degree of the decreasing varied among tratmcnts. Morphological variation in each of treatment coincided with anatomical and physiological variation.
