| 摘 要： | 作为第二课堂重要载体的大学生社团,多年来在提高学生综合素质,尤其培养创新人才方面起到了积极的推动作用。在阐明大学生社团与培养创新人才关系的基础上,论述了大学生社团在创新人才中的作用,并就如何管理和指导大学生社团,促进创新人才的方面作了一些探讨。

| Abstract: | As a kind of important carrier in the second classroom, the university students' mass organization play a positive action in raising the compositive disposition of students and cultivating the creative talents. After explicating the relation of the university students' mass organization and cultivating creative talents, the paper disserts the action of the university students' mass organization in cultivating creative talents, and making some suggestions about how to manage and guide the university students mass organization, promote cultivation of the creative talents. |
