摘    要:雌蕊是花器官中最不抗寒的部分。以龙王帽、一窝蜂、优一、国仁和优株07-3的1a生花枝(盛花期)为试材,利用室内模拟低温冻害试验,调查了不同低温胁迫下参试杏扁品种雌蕊的受冻害情况,并分析了其雌蕊可溶性糖含量、SOD活性和POD活性的变化,以评价不同杏扁品种的抗寒性。结果表明:优株07-3抗寒性最好,一窝蜂次之,国仁抗寒性最差。

Study on Cold Resistance of Pistil of Different Apricot Flat Cultivars

Abstract:The cold hardiness of pistil is weakest of the floral organs. Annual flowering branches of Longwangmao, Yiwofeng, Youyi, Guoren and Germplasm 07-3 were studied as research materials, the freezing conditions of apricot flat pistil was investigated under different low temperature stress by indoor simulated low temperature freezing test, and the changes of soluble sugar content, SOD and POD activity of pistil were analyzed to evaluate the cold resistance of different apricot flat cultivars. The results showed that cold hardiness of Germplasm 07-3 was best, Yiwofeng was followed, and that of Guoren was worst.
