摘    要:为科学防控枣果真菌病害提供用药指导,采用生长速率法,研究了生产上7种常用化学杀菌剂扑海因、世高、多菌灵、代森锰锌、百菌清、甲基托布津和多抗霉素对枣果3种主要致病真菌链格孢菌、实腐茎点霉和七叶树壳梭孢的室内毒力作用。结果表明:链格孢茵对扑海因极其敏感,其次为世高;实腐茎点霉对多菌灵和扑海因极其敏感,其次为多氧霉素(其半数致死量为0.01μg/mL);七叶树壳梭孢对多菌灵、甲基托布津和多抗霉素敏感。

Efficacy Test of Seven Fungicides against the Main Pathogens of Chinese Jujube Fruit in Laboratory

Abstract:The efficacies of seven commouly used fungicides in prduction (iprodione, difenoconazole, carbendazim, mencozeb, chlorothalonil, thiophanate-methyl and ployoxin B) against three causal agents of jujube fruit diseases, Alternaria alternata, Phorna destructiva and Fusicoccum aescul were compared in laboratory toxicity experiments using growth rate method to provide a medication guide for the prevention and control fungal diseases of jujube fruit. The results indicated that iprodione had significant inhibitory against colony growth of Alternaria alternata, and difenoconazole was followed. Carbendazim, iprodione and polyoxin B had significant inhibitory against colony growth of Phoma destructiva, polyoxin B was followed and the half lethal dose of it was 0. 01 μg/mL. Carbendazim, thiophanate-methyl and polyoxin B had significant inhibitory against colony growth of Fusicoccum aescul.
