水稻愈伤组织生长速率研究

摘    要:
通过对水稻愈伤组织生长速率的研究,发现水稻愈伤组织生长速率因培养条件的不同和外质体的不同有很大差异,培养温度对愈伤组织生长速率影响较大,较小的温度降低可以使水稻愈伤组织生长速率降低很多,水稻愈伤组织生长速率与连续继代培养时是否改变2,4-D浓度有一定关系,一般表现为在较低温度下改变2,4-D浓度进行继代,可以促进水稻愈伤组织生长;在较高温度下改变2,4-D浓度进行继代,对水稻愈伤组织生长速率影响不大。在23~25℃培养条件下,“中花11”水稻花药培养的单倍体愈伤组织,比其成熟胚诱导的二倍体愈伤组织生长速率快一倍左右。继代时的初始接种量的多少对水稻愈伤组织生长速率也有关系。

Abstract:
Through the growth rate of rice callus research, find train temperature to the growth rate of rice callus to be of great impact , Smaller temperature is it can make the Growth Rate of Rice Callus reduce a lot of to reduce, The growth rate of rice callus with continuing while taking the place of cultivation in succession , relate to change 2,4-D density, Generally shown as and changed 2,4-D density to continue taking the place of under lower temperature, Can promote the Callus of rice and grow; Change 2,4-D density to continue taking the place of under higher temperature, he Growth Rate of Rice Callus to be influence strong. Train it under the condition in 23-25 degrees Centigrade, The monoploid that the rice anther train Callus to "zhonghual 1 ", than maturity liploid that embryo lead of its callus grow speed to be one times faster and about. When is it take the place of to continue initial to inoculate amount of quantity the Growth Rate of Rice Callus have relation too.
